Foreign Orders (or any order
from outside the contiguous 48 states)
To ensure quality service, foreign orders will
be handled directly by the Crystal Springs Mining
Staff. Please e-mail or call us to place your
order.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item, we
will refund the full price of your purchase,
less shipping, insurance and handling. To return
an item, contact us within 7 days of receipt
and we will issue an authorization number. Return
the item to us in the original packing material,
insured for the original purchase amount. You
will be reimbursed for the full price of the
item upon its receipt.
