Domestic

We offer free shipping, insurance and expert packing for all domestic purchases.
We generally ship items within three business days of your order date using FedEx or USPS.

Insurance is included for the amount of the purchase.

You will receive notification by email of the date your order is shipped and your shipment’s tracking number.

International

Please contact us for international rates and delivery times.

Damage In Transit

Your items are carefully packed by our shopping experts and double boxed to ensure safe arrival, but occasionally the shipping company is not careful! Please check the condition of your item(s) upon receipt. Our shipping experts carefully pack each item.

However, if an item has been damaged during transit, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).

Please take photos of the original packing materials.

Please take photos of the item showing where the damage occurred in transit.

Keep all original packaging materials and pieces of the damaged or broken item.

These are necessary steps for the claims process.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).

A refund is for the purchase amount only and does not include your cost for return shipping and required insurance.

Please email us to notify us you are returning an item and make certain we receive the item(s) within 10 calendar days of receiving your item(s).

If returning an item, please pack it carefully in the original box using the original packing materials and insure for its full value. You are responsible for the full value of any item(s) lost or damaged in the return shipment.

All returns must include the original sales receipt.

Please notify us by email the date of your return shipment, how it is shipped and the tracking number.

The full purchase price of your item(s) will be credited in a timely manner to your credit card when the item(s) are received on time and in good condition.
